Refund and Returns Policy

1. Overview

At BH Vapers, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. However, due to the nature of the products we sell (e-liquids, hygiene-sensitive accessories, and electronic components), our return policy is governed by strict health and safety regulations.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded once the packaging has been opened or the seal is broken:

  • E-liquids/Juices: Regardless of whether they have been used or not.
  • Disposable Vapes: Once the original packaging is opened.
  • Coils, Pods, and Tanks: If they have been filled with liquid or used.
  • Batteries: Due to safety concerns regarding storage and handling.

3. Defective Items (Dead on Arrival – DOA)

If you receive a product that is functionally defective (e.g., a device that does not power on), you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order.

  • Process: Email info@bhvapers.com with your order number, a description of the fault, and a photo or video showing the defect.
  • Inspection: Once the item is returned to us, our technical team will inspect it. If a manufacturer defect is confirmed, we will provide a replacement or a full refund.

4. 7-Day Return Policy (Unopened Items)

You may return unused and unopened hardware (mods, kits, or chargers) within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product must be in its original, shrink-wrapped packaging with all accessories and manuals included.
  • Shipping Costs: For “change of mind” returns, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges. A restocking fee of 10% may apply.

5. Warranty Claims

Most hardware (mods and kits) comes with a limited manufacturer’s warranty. This typically covers internal electronic failure but does not cover:

  • Damage caused by leaking e-liquid.
  • Physical damage (dropping the device).
  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Using non-compatible chargers (e.g., using a phone fast-charger on a vape battery).

6. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  1. We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
  2. If approved, your refund will be processed via the original method of payment (Credit Card, Debit Card, or Store Credit) within 5-10 business days.
  3. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

7. Incorrect Items

If we sent you the wrong product (wrong nicotine strength, flavor, or color), please do not open the product. Contact us immediately, and we will arrange a swap at no additional cost to you.
