All Local Delivery's are made by Third Party Partners and the cost is automatic calculated from the API Service provided by Third party.

when placing an order paying by Credit Card, the delivery amount is collected by us from you for the delivery company
When placing COD - Cash on Delivery the amount is automatic collected from the Third Delivery Company Provider.

Local Delivery Usually is within 1 HOUR unless there's  a rush of traffic or an act of god.

 

BhVapers Does not provide Delivery and is not held for the delay provided by third companys. when placing an order via BhVapers.com you are paying the delivery fee's to the delivery company and BhVapers is only collecting the amount requested by the Delivery Company automatic API.

Exchange or Return of Goods

Return & refund policy

Returned goods or products will be verified together with the receipt and the goods should also present to be in a good condition. The item should be in the original condition in the original packaging. In case the good or product has been used or damaged by the customer, there will no refund for the purchase. Bh Vapers will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit. Once we have checked and confirm the goods or products, customer will receive their refund within 24 hour after confirmation.

Should such need arise, kindly return your purchase .

The product is not accepted back if at least one of the components is missing:

  • fully equipped equipment;
  • a receipt proving the fact of purchase in the WoodMart online store;
  • warranty card;
  • an act with a description of the defect drawn up by the service department.

The money for the goods will be returned within the terms established by the current legislation
